Training
Mental Health Helplines Partnership (mhhp) recognises the importance of continued professional development and quality training for helpline staff (paid and voluntary). Drawing from the wealth of experience from mhhp members across the Mental Health Helpline sector, mhhp has developed its own accredited training programme through City & Guilds on the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF).
