Training
Mental Health Helplines Partnership (mhhp) recognises the importance of continued professional development and quality training for helpline staff (paid and voluntary). Drawing from the wealth of experience from mhhp members across the Mental Health Helpline sector, mhhp has developed its own accredited training programme through the City & Guilds on the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF).
Details of the qualification structure, terms and conditions of accreditation can be accessed here. Download a copy of our accredited training brochure or see the following link for further information.
Full details of the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) including guidance materials can be obtained from the Qualification and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA)
