Lambeth Mind confidential mental health information phone / email service for local people who experience mental distress and a directory of mental health services (website and printed directory), provides people with information, support and help to make informed choices & decisions about their care.  We do not give medical advice or tell people what to do, but we empower them with information about their rights in accessing services.
