National: Helpline for people who hear voices. Hearing voices is a common experience. Talking to others about the voices can help people who are distressed by voices to find strategies for coping with them. Many of our helpline workers have themselves had similar experiences. We accept all explanations for voices and try to help people make sense of their voices within the frame of their own beliefs.
