Bradford, West Yorkshire: Guide-Line is a telephone helpline offering a district wide confidential mental health information and support service to people experiencing mental distress, their carers and families and to anyone with concerns about their own or another’s mental well being. We have a wide range of information and resources and have some staff/volunteers who can speak Urdu/Gujurati.
