Anxiety/Phobias, Carers, Families and Young People, Minority/Ethnic Groups, Post Traumatic Stress

National: Offers a range of support services including a national helpline and therapy services to individuals affected by anxiety disorders including panic disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, phobias, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, agraphobia and social phobia. The helpline is run by people who have themselves had personal experience of anxiety disorders and has been awarded the Telephone Helplines Association’s Quality Standard Mark, the Community Legal Services Quality Mark and the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service.
