Liz Feltonmhhp ChairLiz has worked in the mental health charity sector for twenty years and as Chief Executive at Together for the last three years. She is a qualified mental health nurse and worked in the NHS for eleven years. Liz is a Trustee of the Mental Health Providers’ Forum as well as representing the voluntary sector on the board of the NHS Confederation’s mental health network. |

John Pithermhhp Member Representative - national helplinesJohn has been involved with helplines since 1992 and a manager of Crossline Coventry for 13 years. He has developed an accredited training course for helpline volunteers and has been a qualified counsellor for 20 years. He has been involved with mhhp since the early days and was actively involved in the research and consultation processes of mhhp. |

Jonathan Clarkmhhp Member Representative - national helplines and race equality championJonathan is Director for Premier Life, the Community Unit at Premier Christian Media with responsibility for Premier Lifeline. He is a qualified mental health social worker specialised in the area of suicide and self harm. Over the years he has worked in the statutory, voluntary and Church sectors in mental health. Jonathan is a founder member of the Mental Health Helplines Partnership and is also on the Board of the Association of Christian Counsellors. |

Stella Ansellmhhp Member Representative - regional helplinesStella oversees WAND Helpline based in Barnstaple and has also been very supportive and understanding of other helplines. Stella has moved home to continue her work in this field and has experience in social work settings including befriending amongst others and would bring much valuable experience to the Board of mhhp. |

Michael Horspolemhhp Member Representative - specialist helplines
Michael is Director of Finance and Resources for YoungMinds which has a telephone helpline for parents and carers with concerns about children and adolescents mental health problems. He has spent the last 14 years in senior finance roles in the charity sector. In these roles, Michael has focussed on cost control and trying to ensure that the projects undertaken by the charity have had their full costs recovered by the funders. He has been a member of a number of steering groups and also worked with a small group from the Charity Finance Directors Group looking at the cost and efficiency of the finance function of charities. |

Audrey D’Costamhhp Member Representative - specialist helplines and race equality championAudrey is the Chief Executive of the Tasha Foundation, a mental health and substance misuse recovery service that has operated a mental health helpline for over 20 years. She is a qualified management accountant, has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and has worked in the voluntary sector since 2004. Prior to 2004 Audrey was working in the private sector which served to equip her with valuable experience in change management and a focus on outcomes. Audrey has a particular interest in helplines because of their efficiency and cost effectiveness in delivering a critical service to clients. Audrey joined the Board because she believes that mhhp has a crucial role to play in shaping mental health policy. |

Kay JulierTrusteeKay has worked in medical and clinical research for almost twenty years in both public and private sectors. She recently moved into the voluntary sector where she continues to support medical research. Besides science, her other professional interests include leadership, governance and people development. Kay has a personal interest in mental health which led her to join the mhhp Board of Trustees.

Elizabeth Irvinemhhp TreasurerElizabeth is a partner in an accountancy practice where, for the past eight years, she has specialised in working with charities. These charities include disability, educational, sport, grant making and religious charities. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
